Passkey? So I downloaded the file on that site and opened that Fah6 thing, and it is asking for a passkey. Do I have to do anything else other than that? And how can I have it run automatically?

They had all wifi blacks, and all but the 16 wifi whites. They had enough for all tickets given out, but that may be about it.

Where is this plist coming from? If the "jpegphoto" was an NSData that'd be pretty obvious how to load it, but since it's an array it's unclear what the array is holding.
Can you loop through the array and print out the class name of each of its objects?

I'm a new T-Mobile customer - over from Nextel/Sprint. I find the coverage is very good. I'm not waiting for an iPhone though. Loving my new Blackberry Pearl (http://www.blackberrypearl.com) :p You know how with Apple products you marvel at the thought that went into every little detail? That's how it is with this device.
What is so great about the Pearl? I seriously considered getting one when I first heard about it, but then the reviews said that the media player software sucks. Has this been your experience? I have a Sony Ericsson phone which is great except for the exact same problem: the media player software sucks. But the Pearl software sounds even worse. Is it true that there are *no* shortcut keys for the media player? That the volume keys won't even work with the media player? I mean, I don't ask for much: volume up/down, prev/next track, play/pause. Is there any 3rd party media player software that can provide these features, at least? I dunno, from what I hear it seems the Pearl is basically an even smaller BlackBerry 7100 with expectedly great communication features, but with unexpectedly poor multimedia features. Self follow-up: two reasonable options seem to exist.
The PowerBook Duo supports SCSI Disk Mode when used with the Mini Dock. So in principle I think I could obtain the correct cabling and a USB SCSI interface and directly dump files onto the PowerBook from my MacBook. Since the PowerBook is on 7.6.1 and the MacBook on 10.6, I'd need either to downgrade my MacBook to 10.5 or to upgrade my PowerBook to 8.1 since 10.6 doesn't write to HFS and 8.1 introduces HFS+. Also, USB SCSI interfaces seem to be quite expensive nowadays.
Alternatively, I could get a USB to serial interface and connect the two machines up for zmodemy NULL serial transfers. Per at least one post I've found on the Internet, if I can get FreePPP onto the PowerBook then I can use the PPP daemon built into OS X and even bridge 7.6.1 onto the Internet, allowing it to fetch as many files as it wants or to FTP onto my Pro. USB serial interfaces seem to be a lot more available than USB SCSI, but this doesn't solve the original problem of getting some software onto the machine.

While you have them open in Preview, select all (Cmd + A), and go to the File->Print Selected... or something like that. Click the PDF button in the lower left hand corner of the print dialog.
lol. Not sure why I didn't think of this since I "print" using the PDF option all the time :rolleyes: Oh well. This should work.

i haven't actually chosen the TV yet, will be a 42" HD LCD is all i know for sure.
i am not worried about an incredible frame rate or anything, i only get 15 FPS now! but i was told that using DVI to TV will actually cause WoW to crash. i am not sure why, but that is the word on the warcraft board, so i thought i would see if anyone else had experience there.
i am not sure if this is an issue only with the intel machines, or only with DVI, if perhaps component works, etc, that is why i am looking for other experiences.
...i hope they update the mini soon, i am ready to buy, and the mini is due a refresh. ;-)

Bring it on. I need something new to replace my 3G 40GB iPod (last of the black and white screen). I wish the new iPods had a setting for that, so you could make all the menus black and white and only have photo and video play in color.

I agree. Most likely it is the hard drive. The blinking folder with the question mark is when it cannot find a bootable version of Mac OS X to boot from. Boot from the install disc and use disk utility. As you said, a hard drive shouldn't be too dear unless you get like a say 320GB solid state drive (hehe...)

Netkas.org are discussing the Fermi cards in Lion head over there to see the best info about them.
If the 3D isn't that important an issue I would suggest heading down the AMD card route as Apple seem to be more well disposed to that manufacturer.
If you can hold off till the final retail release of Lion we will know better which way to go.

Maybe it's just me, but my PC blazes through SETI work whereas it took it a solid month to get through my first (and only) bit of Folding work.
