Do you know much about creating your own animations?do you have a tute or can you point me to a good one?
Swift3d is a great program for quick and easy 3d solutions, however more control over the export file size needs to be addressed for web based applications. what do you think?

This has been discussed before!
Moving to EAD is irreversible. You can't come back to H1b without applying for new H1.
The way USCIS knows that is you will show paycheck without valid H1.
This has been discussed before in many threads in details.. do the search.
I am planning to work on EAD soon and switch my employer using AC21. How would USCIS know that I have switched from H1b to EAD. I might change my mind after 1 months and get back to H1 transfer and work on H1 instead on EAD.
This depends on if the future project is long term and I switch to H1B just to be safe.
Any ideas would be appreciated...

To all fellow GC applicants and immigration gurus.I have this question to ask.I recently got my I-140 and applied I-485 (Aug 1 2007).
My employer is moving office to new address.How will it effect my future GC process ?. Thanks in advance
If the company is moving within the same county then no issues.
If it's moving to a different state (or) to a different county within the same state, then refer the following thread

Is it possible to convert or interfile an existing EB based I-485 application to FB based I-485?
I have pending I-485 through an approved I-140 (EB). PD is not current. I recently got married and my spouse is a US Citizen. We are considering pursueing FB application. Reading through the forums I gather that my spouse has to file I-130 and I file for I-485. My question is regarding I-485.
If I have to file for a new I-485, what happens to the existing one? Do I have to get new medical exam? Can I use existing AP, EAD or can I use EAD/AP that I currently have from my EB based application?

I mailed my first EAD application in the last week of Dec/09.
Never thought it would take so long for receipting, and worried something wrong in my application..

Hello All,
I have applied for my 485 in July 2007 and I have received receipt notice for 485 application as well. I also got the appointmnet for FP. I moved to a new location and address has chaged now. If I update my address in USCIS, What are the consequences?
I still have access to the mail in my old address as my friend lives there.
Please suggest.

I am planning on getting my H1 done for this year... i have talked to a couple of people about the same and someone said thai i might have Pay to get my H1 Processed and get the job.... is it a right choice to make....

There were those who got their I-140 cleared under EB2 and were practically jumping with joy at the door closing behind them. Some were even taking credit for the move :)
Generally it doesnot help to stop line behind you. But here in USCIS world that may help as people from 2006 got GC before people from 2004-5 . If no people from 2006 were there may be 2004- 05 people may have got their card.
but if new administration makes USCIS to more productive ,closing door behind any one will not help.

Yep. I watched it too. Nothing about legal immigrants who came on visas. Gonzales says "We are not going to sacrifice security and quality for production". So, coming from the chief himself...that says it all. What we can derive from that is...the mentality of USCIS seems to be to prolong the process as much as possible thus raking in the moolah for USCIS and at the same time defend their actions by playing the "Quality" and "Security" ball game. Not sure if anybody can change their attitude towards legal immigrants.
I saw the programme too....It was so stupid of Gonzales! If they are going to take 6 months to find out that a person is terrorist, isn't that stupid! Should'nt they find that out in few hours instead of taking 6 months or for that matter 2-3 years for security clearence! What to say! Just have to live with it!

Also, since you wokred on EAD, you are no longer in H1B status. You will be OK - but it is better to ask the H1B petitioner to withdraw the H1B application to avoid any future complications.

The battle for comprehensive immigration reform is going to be tough as Senate Republicans play politics with the critical immigration issue. The Senate passed its $44.3 billion fiscal 2010 Homeland Security appropriations measure 84-6 last week after three days of debate that differentiated the bill from its House companion on a handful of border security and immigration policies. Unfortunately Senate Republicans used the opportunity to add significant new provisions to the less controversial �extender provisions� including an extension to the Special Immigrant Nonminister Religious Worker Program and the Conrad Waiver Program for Physicians Serving in Underserved Areas. The Senate also included a provision promoted by AILA member Brent Renison to allow the foreign-born widows, children and parents of citizens who have died to retain their legal status to seek citizenship for two years after the death.
